They didn't prepare me for this in school...

My kids have GOT to stop putting things in their mouths. Karilyn got a little jingle bell stuck to her teeth. It wasn't easy to get off either, I had to kind of bend/pry it off, it was embedded in her gums. Yikes!

crazy! good thing you're in the dental field! ha.

hey, did your fuzzi bunz diapers ever pill or get worn on the inside - the white part? haven't ordered them yet, but i was just wondering about that...did you use them for a whole two years?

Nuts! She totally takes after Aunt Valli. I once fell off monkey bars right before my softball pictures and had to go to the ER to get the huge splinters removed from my gums. Too bad you weren't there to help me out. ;-) And glad that K. recovered. And glad that you made her wait long enough to take a pic before you got the jingle bell out.Ha!

Okay, this is hilarious. I had to tell Jeremy immediately. ("See, we're not alone.") When they were babies they didn't put as much stuff in their mouths as later. Why?! We're getting better now only because EVERY time I see them with something in their mouths, I ask them if it is food. It seems to have curtailed the habit quite a bit!

Tis the season!
